I’ve picked up a rain jacket and gloves from Outdoor Research, i’m kind of blown away. That jacket has been dragged through hikes, nasty wind, and the kind of ugly rain that makes you question every life choice, and somehow it still looks almost new. The zippers feel super sturdy too, not flimsy or cheap at all. The gloves have been warm and actually survived more than one season, which feels like a miracle compared to others I’ve owned. I’m seriously impressed with the quality and would absolutely buy from them again.

The fit was right on for me, pretty much true to size, no guessing needed

I picked up a light jacket from Outdoor Research, mostly assuming it would be the kind of thing I’d end up using for everyday walks and easy hikes, and that’s pretty much how it worked out. It felt comfortable right away, not stiff or scratchy like some new outdoor gear can be.
The fit is mostly what I expected too. The sleeves run a little long on me, but I kind of assumed that might happen since jackets like this usually give you extra room to move. It layers fine over a hoodie and doesn’t feel restrictive.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the shipping seemed a bit slower than I thought it would be. Still, the jacket itself is solid, easy to wear, and I’d probably order from them again.

I paid less than I thought I would, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the jacket actually feels solid. Like, surprisingly good for the price. Not saying it’s the best jacket ever or anything, but yeah, I’m happy with it.

The warranty process took a little longer than I expected, but they did get everything sorted out in the end. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience and I’d recommend them if you need help with a return.

I grabbed a rain jacket from Outdoor Research right before a weekend trip, i’m glad I did. We ended up getting stuck in steady rain and wind for hours, and somehow my shirt underneath stayed dry. Dry dry. The hood also stayed in place the whole time, which was a big deal because I hate messing with a hood every five minutes.

The fit was true to size, and the order arrived when it was supposed to. Nothing fancy to report, really, it just did what I needed it to do, and did it well. I’d definitely order from them again.
